Biography
Sachiko is a beautiful soul, in spirit and in heart. She believes that everyone is equal in their worth, and that love can surpass even the hardest of barriers. A romantic at heart, she doesn’t agree with the tradition that marriage should be purely to pass on the markings; she believes that it should be for more than that. She believes marriage should be for two who share an unrivalled passion and love for one another. Sachiko regularly ventures out of the palace, accompanied or not, to see her kingdom and talk to her people. She prides herself on knowing the majority of the city, but hopes that in time she will get to meet each and every person in ‘Urbs In Terris Coeli.’ She is known by the people as trustworthy and exceptionally kind, and under the oppressive rule of their current emperor they cannot wait for her to step up to her rightful place on the throne.
Sachiko is very close to her siblings, but has a particular soft spot for her brother Akihiko and his friend Keiji. She dotes and adores them both, and spends quite a lot of time playing with them in the Royal Gardens. Her father frowns upon this behaviour, but knows that if he tries to stop her then he will lose favour with her completely. He does love his daughter, but does not agree with her ‘foolish’ ways of thinking, and believes a ruler must live and rule with an iron heart.
Sachiko’s reputation proceeds her, and those ruled by other dynasties have heard of her from weary travellers and merchants that pass through their city. Some people have started to leave their cities, determined to live in ‘Urbs In Terris Coeli’ under her soon-to-be rule. This has lead other rulers to grow jealous and angry, convincing themselves of her unworthiness. Assassins and mercenaries have now started to head towards ‘Urbs In Terris Coeli’, hoping to be the ones to collect the reward that comes with her death.
