Skaarsgard's Lair

A ramshackle shantytown, on the east side of Old Portstown, home to a litany of smugglers, pirates and thieves. The rotten old piers and derelict buildings carry the stench of boiling blubber and sun-scorched sea life, putting off all but the most desperate of dragons and beastclanners from spending any longer than necessary there. The sea mists that roll in every evening conceal the undesirable activities that go down amongst the Docks, away from the purposefully blind eyes of the city Guards.
