"Greetings Falconair! I see it is that time of year again." The tundra nods her head at the fiery Snapper then indicates her companion. "permit me to introduce my companion, my fellow progen Franayard."
A handsome Spiral, looking quite dapper in a top hat, cape and ... err ... cat, spins slowly alongside the tundra.
"Wyldyrn has been telling me about this event for several years now."
"Yes I have, We finally decided our weyr was stable enough for both of us to take a jaunt together."
"And this..." he spins again "is where we decided to go. Fascinating."
"Franayard, you brought the embers?"
"Yes my love." He removes his top hat, intones an unusual word, and suddenly 19 embers come pouring out of the hat. His cat immediately starts batting them about.
"Tnnly - stop that! Those aren't toys!"
He chases his tabby off the embers, sets her back onto his tail and waits for Monday...
