i know the first one i picked is a little basic, but in general veilspuns with constellation are always some of my favorites! on top of that, shell is really nicely paired with constellation here, overall two of my favorite genes at work on a pretty blue veil (and im a massive sucker for blue, ahha). i didn't even notice she had firefly either!! absolutely gorgeous, the little glowy spots the firefly adds make her look even more sparkly overall. beautiful veil! would look great with the cave skin from rockbreaker's last year :0

WAS NOT expecting to see a veil rocking flecks!! normally one of those genes that only really works as a lighter color, but here it adds so much dimension to this pretty veil boy. the lighter colors have darker genes here that make the flecks stand out, appearing almost as damage on him or as craters on the moon (considering that his bio says he's the moon devourer). sounds like he'd have interesting lore!

i was between him and sekensha for that mg/skin pairing, but him. the triple robin makes him look so blue and beautiful, and the wavesat accent actually pairs really nicely with his colors where you otherwise think it wouldn't work. the glowiness it adds really enriches his otherwise nice blue appearance. the wind eye even blends well with his apparel, too! really nice and simple dragon that just looks really pretty without being over-the-top.

I'm honestly really fond of the contrast here, that's what made me pick her if I'm honest. It's the icy blues and whites against that deep red that really makes her stand out, yet you've somehow managed to not only make one shade of red incredibly contrasting but also melded other shades of reds into her outfit cohesively with the purples and the little accent colours here and there from the haunted and dark rose sets. I don't think I've quite seen an outfit or dragon like it really, and it's super pleasing to look at.

Wasn't a huge fan of the bard apparel honestly but this boy here might have just made me somewhat warmer to it, it adds so much character! I love those green and brown hues from tarnish, it really helps blend in all of his colours into a nice set and the accent does a perfect job of helping the lighter parts of his colours and outfit mesh real well wit the darker shades. You've done an amazing job at dressing him up but made him appealing and busy without overbearing him with apparel. I didn't even realise he was wearing thorn pieces until I looked closer. He's such a treat.

The darker colours here are really nice to look at, tarnish fleck looks really unique and I love the fact it blends in super well with the fade colours from the umber. Again all of the colours blend together nicely, there's a lot of blues and browns but they all come together very well. I'm usually wary of ancients just because of the fact they can't wear apparel and I always worry I'll find a nice dragon but find no skin to put on it, but, sometimes I see a dragon and think they're pretty much perfect without one, and this guy would be one of those.

Maaaan that is a gorgeous snapper. That accent is awesome and, despite being a plague accent, it perfectly suits the fire theme. I love the crucible too, I love the way the smoke interacts and melds with his colours perfectly and carries on the smoke theme that's shown in the accent too. His facet eyes are honestly perfect for giving him this intimidating and ferocious vibe, I would absolutely not like to get on his bad side. While all the art I've seen for your dragons so far has been awesome, I'm especially smitten with the art in this guys bio. He's great.

My last pick is a bit unusual even for me but I really do like the way this boy looks. I used to be more into brighter and bolder colours when I started playing but ended up drifting to more earthy and natural colours over time, maybe he makes me a little bit nostalgic. The mask has always been a bit big and unweildy but here I think you've done a very good job at making these different sets match together as an outfit, though I definitely think the skin he has on is the glue. I love the dashes of green here and there against the black, and again, very little used to make a busy and engaging outfit!

Despite the fact that normally I would never think orca jaguar and caramel opal would go well together, in this particular dragon they are oddly okay. The main think that I really love about him though is the combo of his accent, goat eyes, and the color of his opal. When put together it gives me major octopus vibes and I adore that.

Last but not this is this fellow. Normally I cannot stand male snappers, they are by far my least favorite dragon. Somehow you've pulled off the impossible though, and I actually like this particular one. He reminds me of a dark elf or a servant of Sauron, and also has some mortal kombat vibes going on there I think. The skin really completes the look, and I love that it covers up the normal mouth/massive chin that I dislike so much.

The accent of the Patchwork matches his eyes, and you went a step further by giving him some really nice and matchy apparel. He looks very Steampunky, or Industrial. A little copper rust boy...

[i]Ooooh a traitor. I'm already interested to know more. AND HIS NAME AHHHH I love it. Tsukuyomi is absolutely beautiful, I love how the apparel ties in black, gold, and hints of green. It's a very unique look, and he's absolutely rocking that skin, which couldn't possibly go better with the veil. I think my favorite thing about him is what the skin does to those antlers. [i]Vermilion python has NO RIGHT to be this goddang beautiful. I love python when it goes two-toned, and this is no exception. Terry is KILLING that accent, and once again, her look brings together a bunch of colors that I wouldn't assume go that well together, but she absolutely proves me wrong. The sage stuff mixed with the kilt is so odd but in the best way possible. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it, and the accent breaks up the red and gold tones perfectly on her wings. [/i]

[i]Oop what is this? Another handsome imperial? Ruse has a great aesthetic about him (I was instantly reminded of my boy by the same name) and I think his character perfectly suits his design. Ringmaster is like my favorite accent of all time, and this fella makes no exception. I love his art and his dynamic with Rook, I'm sure they're quite the iconic duo. I love the contrast of the necklace against the various night colors.[/i]

[i]Minato is BEAUTIFUL. Dark blue and dark red go phenomenally together, and I mist say you've inspired me to go pick up a phthalo baby of my own. It's such a great color, and noxtide is probably the absolute peak of its brilliance with the shades of ivory and red. The combination of shadow and plague apparel work perfectly together, with the purples and red, and the scarf makes him quite adorable as well. As not a big fan of rosette, I have to say I love it here. The darker shades of blue are lovely.[/i]

Or perhaps the matching eyes. No, my absolute favorite thing. That mane. I had NO IDEA hypnotic did that to veils' manes. Ooooh a traitor. I'm already interested to know more. AND HIS NAME AHHHH I love it. Tsukuyomi is absolutely beautiful, I love how the apparel ties in black, gold, and hints of green. It's a very unique look, and he's absolutely rocking that skin, which couldn't possibly go better with the veil. I think my favorite thing about him is what the skin does to those antlers. Overall, a gorgeous boy and I would absolutely read a story where he was the detective.

Usually I’m not that much into perma’s babies or ancients because I like customized dragons with apparel and skins/accents to really make them something to stand out, but this is just a lovely kid. Her colors are beautiful and the genes bring them out very well. The greenish color that shows up besides the crimson in the wings and manes is just giving this girl a perfect gloomy vibe. Nice matching eyes. Beautiful gothic name that fits her well. I think I love her?

Zenith is a real eyecatcher. With her bold blues she immediately stood out to me. I love the accent, at first I didn’t even notice it was an accent I thought it was just perfectly matched apparel. The dragon and the accent blend with the apparel that she has on and the primal eyes in a perfect way. This girl is so precious.

These colors! I knew I had to pick him the moment I saw him. He’s rocking the koi gene. And then the beautiful bright oranges are so perfectly contrasted by the purple of the silks. The haunting amber jewels give him an autumn feel and then these flower falls that look just like falling leaves make it complete. This boy is my favorite!

On the opposite end of the spectrum, we have Lahari! I couldn't resist picking this gorgeous sea queen. Her bright and bold appearance caught my eye straight away! Those teals and dazzling blues are so lovely, and she's a perfect match for the Amphirite accent! She also makes me wish that I was lounging on a beach somewhere, to be honest!

Next off, we have Porycon. I am absolutely weak for Phtalo, and she flawlessly showcases the reasons why! She seems dainty and graceful, but also intimidating. I especially love the way that the Lucky Sage apparel brings out those beautiful Plague eyes, while still coordinating so well with Phtalo.

Just based on appearances alone, I'd guess her to be keenly intelligent, and a dragon that you wouldn't want to cross!

I believe that was you, and although I've lamentably gone down another path, I still can't help but smile a bit whenever I come across your dragons.
In general, though: I really, [i]really[/i] love your lair. Everyone is so meticulously and painstakingly dressed, and I can tell that a lot of work went into each dragon!

I've always adored crimson mixed it with a bit of wine red, accented with gold – and Gerdr is [i]exactly[/i] that. She seems like she'd carry herself like a noblewoman, perhaps a bit of a Gatsby-esque sort: opulent and a host of lavish parties, yet fundamentally detached from those around her nonetheless, hiding those emotions (at least on the surface) in favor of a rich girl's facade.
Oh, and props for that accent – it looks made for her!

Sylvianne... if my lair is not explicit enough of an indication, I've been falling a bit into the fey aesthetic. Sylvianne seems to exemplify the darker side of that, though not necessarily Unseelie – more like the graceful wanderer of misty, shadowy groves where all the flora is aglow. It's amazing how well the treeshroud works with her colors, and that accent was a perfect choice! The wheat (or what appears to be wheat?) is similar in both color and form to the treeshroud, almost forming an extension of that apparel while adding added grace with the silks. God, she's gorgeous!

I'm a big fan of court intrigue. It was present in my first lair theme and it will be present in this one – so Nelacar's story is right up my alley. Honeyed lies and whispered promises made to be broken notwithstanding, Nelacar himself radiates that rich, oozing decadence of the nobility. It's genuinely stunning how few apparel pieces he needs to look so sumptuous – that accent works wonders in conjunction with his colors, and the paler gold leaves in his kelpie mane provide the perfect complement.

The accent being complemented with the flower crown is, as always, perfect, but my favorite element of his outfit is how the ropes of the mist chimes match his Piebald. My [i]god[/i].
