Scott
Still not entirely sure what Cassandra had meant, the confused Ravenclaw made his way to the Great Hall. If he saw her there, he'd ask; if not then he would head outside and take a look for her after at least picking something up for them both in case he did find her.

When he reached the Great Hall and saw that his Slytherin friend wasn't there, he picked up some sandwiches and a couple of to-go drinks before leaving to find Cassandra. Scott at least wanted to make sure that she was alright, after all.
Maxwell
Naturally, with fur padded paws designed for stealth, the werewolf had zero difficulty sneaking through the hallway alongside Andrea. He was also careful to keep his ears open for anyone who might be heading this way, too.

When they got somewhere quiet and dark again, and Andrea spoke, Max looked at her and tilted his head to the side slightly as he listened to what she was saying. Since he obviously couldn't ask why she was choosing to comment on this now, then he just resolved himself to asking another time when they had suitable privacy. Honestly, this entire endeavour was so weird and he was definitely looking forward to getting outside where there would be no need to sneak around; just because he could do it, it didn't mean he liked doing it, after all.

Max couldn't help but be amused, however, when Andrea very nearly ran into the door. Really... some people needed to be more careful. In response to seeing the Gryffindor giggling - even if only softly -, the Hufflepuff shook his pelt out. The werewolf was definitely ready to leave the confines of the castle, which was clear to see. When he was asked about if she'd see him tomorrow, the massive wolf looked in the direction of the Hospital Wing. It was the best way he could communicate this to her - he would be spending tomorrow sleeping this off and recovering from any injury he was unfortunate enough to pick up under tonight's full moon.

The Hospital Wing under the watchful eye of the matrons was where he always spent the day after the full moon, to the point where Max was fairly certain that they kept an eye on the charts and made sure there was a bed ready and waiting for him for the day after a full moon; or at least, that's how it seemed, since there was always a bed ready and waiting for him when he returned to the castle after a nighttime excursion courtesy of the full moon.

Cassandra
The magic well inside of her had completely dispersed and relieved was too weak a word to describe how that made her feel. It was always very stressful not being on control of that well, especially when she couldn't get a handle on her emotions either. Any time that feeling got too strong, she flashed back to that horrible experience in her first year. Right after being sent to Slytherin house by the Sorting Hat, she had felt that burst of magic and opened her eyes to a nightmare. Half of the first years standing in front of her had dropped to the ground. Half a dozen students were wreathed in flames and shrieking. The headmaster and DADA teacher had quickly gotten it under control, the headmaster making some excuse about a student tossing a defective exploding whizz popper. After the sorting, the professor and taken her aside and discussed her magical malady.

There was no cure. Not as far as she knew, and not that any healer at St. Mungo's could tell. There was nothing that could limit it's influence, nothing that could make it weaker. It was tied solely to her emotions. Even extensive training in controlling her magic had done little to help. Her best option was to just avoid anything that might bring out those emotions. So Cassandra secluded herself from her fellow students. She had very few friends, and the ones that she did were younger than her and hadn't experienced the fiery explosion her first year, or were students not directly affected by it. But that had done little to help her.

Wading out of the lake now, Cassandra collapsed onto the soft grass, breathing it the lake smell. She wasn't overly fond of it, but it was unique and sometimes helped to calm her down. Covering her eyes with her arm, she lay face towards the sun. Her stomach rumbled but she ignored it; there would be no time for food by the time she got to the Great Hall, so she may as well wait here until her next class.

Andrea
Andrea had never been overly fond of sitting in stuffy classrooms for hours, listening to professors drone on about a subject she had little interest in. Usually DADA or charms could captivate her, but not today. Today she had far too many things on her mind to sit still, let alone pay attention. She'd already excused herself multiple times under the pretense of going to the bathroom, when all she'd really needed was to wander the hallways. Glancing at the clock constantly wasn't helping her either.

All Andrea wanted to do was book it to the Hospital Wing. Max had spent the night in the woods as a werewolf, and then eventually made his way back to the castle and to the healers in the tower. She knew he'd likely be kept in some sorted of isolation unit to ensure there were no werewolf related injuries present. That had likely been what his morning had looked like. Her next class had been cancelled due to the professor coming down with side effects from a bad potion. She hadn't paid enough attention to know any other details. That would give her the lunch hour and one class period to see Max. It should be long enough, she reasoned to herself, but that didn't dissuade the initiate the meeting as soon as possible.

The moment this professor released them, she would be out the door. She wanted to grab some lunch before heading up, more for Max than herself. Her stomach was too tied up at the moment to eat much. She remembered how gross the Hospital Wing food was when she had visited in her first year after passing out from some firecracker gone wrong. She doubted the food had gotten any better.

((As I said in the OOC topic, I'm not sure what to do with Scott. I'll keep my word and post for Max so we can keep this moving, though.))

Maxwell
Today was typical for him, as far as post-full moons go. The Hufflepuff prefect was laying on a bed in the hospital wing, sleeping off the night's excursions. As the only werewolf currently on campus, any injuries he'd picked up - which were none this time, thankfully - would have been from fighting with the animals in the Forbidden Forest.

There was a screen around his bed, however that was for a different reason than most would expect; it was supposed to act as a deterrent to stop the students at the school from hassling him when he was trying to rest. As one might imagine, being awake for 24 hours+ straight was hardly a fun prospect and it did leave him kind of grumpy until the afternoon when he'd slept in a fair bit and he no longer felt the exhaustion effect of being up for so long in one block.

Currently, Max was still asleep in the Hospital Wing, safely hidden from prying eyes by the privacy screen around his bed that discouraged snooping. The werewolf knew that he was the only one in here aside from the staff, though; since it was exceedingly rare for anyone to end up here directly after the full moon for some reason.

((If it helps, I can put in a way for him to enter the scene somewhat naturally?))

Cassandra
The sound of laughter and footsteps made her sit up quickly, suddenly aware that her clothes were still very damp. The students making the noise were further away than she'd expected, and their noise had simply been carried over by the wind. Scolding herself for not doing it sooner, Cassandra waved her wand over her clothes and dried them. She wouldn't be able to get rid of the lake smell, but it didn't seem to be too noticeable. Next she grabbed her socks and shoes and shoved them in her bag. Staying here on the grass was nice, but she still wanted some space. She didn't want those students getting any closer to her. Cassandra began to trek up the hill back towards the school, intent on finding a quiet place in a courtyard to sit.

Andrea
A few sandwiches and some other food subtly wrapped and shoved in her bag, Andrea quickly made her way to the Hospital Wing. She decided against using the magical stairway, not wanting to have to wait in case the stairs decided to make her late. The quicker she got there, the quicker she could see if Max was okay. Climbing her third set of stairs however, she was already regretting her decision. But stairs were stairs, and she'd have to climb them eventually.

By the time she reached the hospital wing, her neck was damp with sweat from her thick hair and she was panting slightly. Andrea took a few deep breaths to steady herself before entering. After a quick discussion with one of the nurses, Andrea made her way to a screened off area in the back of the tower.

((That'd be great if you could, though I'm not against discussing that through our OOC channel either(linked on the first post made in the topic, I believe), though I'm good if you don't want to discuss it either.))

Maxwell
As per usual, the werewolf had a private corner of the Hospital Wing to himself, though he wasn't too far away from the Matron and her staff. Max looked around, hearing someone coming, and sat up a little straighter in the bed. Since he still needed to get his wand back as well as retrieve the shredded, broken clothing, the young man had already resolved to do that once he got out of here.

Back in the present, though, all that Max could tell about the person approaching was that they were sweaty and that he was certain he could smell food. At the mere thought of food, his stomach growled at him, reminding him of the fact he'd ended up skipping breakfast and that he wished he could join everyone in the Great Hall to eat lunch.
