Feta nodded and lowered her body to the ground as well. She knew he'd easily pick her out because of her massive size, but it couldn't hurt to try. Her eyes narrowed as she followed his scent trail.
Spirit continued moving. He could keep out of sight. Feta herself had trained him. He knew all her tracking skills so he knew how to avoid her. She'd follow his scent more often then not and would only watch him if he was in sight. So first he needed to get out of sight then he needed to cover up his scent. Alibi was the one outlier in this. He didn't know much about Alibi. Pushing aside his thoughts about what Alibi might do in such situations, he ducked around one of the large crystals in the region and tried to find some way to cover his scent.

Whispering something under his breath and it was a delayed reaction. Slowly pale smoke billowed from his paws soon as mouth enveloping him. Masking him nearly invisible. Speeding up his pace the sign he was still there was the faint push on the grass. Silently he landed on the above crystal. Staring down at him without his knowledge. He had to restrain the instincts to pull out his blade.
With one finally breath he jumped down small bits of crystal being disturbed but by then it was to late and he was on spirits back. One paw going under his jaw the other on his chest right below where his heart was. Although it was held in a odd placement as if there should have been a weapon in that paw. He'd landed a little sideways so he was able to hook one leg over spirits far leg. His other hind paw gripping his haunch
His eyes were faintly visible and they didn't look like how they were before, light and happy. No these were cold and serious. A little lost actually, he blinked and shook his head. Although the instinct still stayed until feta showed up. He wasn't sure if he shouof release him or not but he waited for feta to confirm.
