Website Updates-

Here are the new monthly updates! We do lore/content releases on the first of every month, and today is the day for new, shiny things! Take a gander at what we have:

This month, we have begun our newest project - the overhaul and expansion of our REALMS! This is going to be a very long project, but will fully bring our worlds up to date (and paves the way for easier additions, new coding and new maps in the future)!

So we bring you a new and improved Anquil!

Anquil has been largely overhauled, with new sections added to the country splash page and all old info updated. We have cultural tidbits, racial distribution, a directory of inns, architecture, and more. Check it out!

(Please keep in mind it may take another day or two to get all the info up on the webbie - thank you for your patience! <3)

Forum Updates-

We have streamlined several areas of the forum to take advantage of our new ticket system, through Tickettool, on Discord! Thus, when you need any of the below things done, you can hop on over to the server and submit a private ticket to staff and get it looked at very, very quickly. Huzzah!


IC Thread Checks - Inactivity
From now on, IC threads will only be archived after six months or longer of inactivity - and bi-yearly checks will be held in October and April by staff. If you need a thread archived early, please contact a staff member through our new ticket system. Group thread members are free to skip partners who do not respond for two weeks or more, and can similarly submit a ticket if they want staff to drop a reminder in a thread when needed.

IC Threads - Moving
Need an IC thread moved from one forum to another? You can do that with tickets as well! This should streamline and make moving from one country/area to another more seamless than it has been in the past.

Character App Review
Is your character app complete, posted in Ready For Review, and you're ready to have staff look at it? We have a panel in the tickets channel for that to get chars reviewed faster than ever. Just make sure to utilize BOTH the thread and the ticket system so your char isn't missed!

Character App Moving/Death/Edits/Etc
The same goes for anything else having to do with a character application, including edits for completed chars.

IC Plot Positions
This one's a big one. For many years, we've had a clunky thread to keep track of IC plot positions (such as gods, kings, queens, lords, Ethers, etc etc) - and it's been kinda tough to both navigate and utilize. No more! With the help from @Soundthebugle we now have them all sorted into a beautiful new page, and have streamlined the process for applying to one of these positions with tickets. Visit the page here!

Official Player Group Additions
We have several Official Player Groups now, and it's always been a little difficult to get your characters added to them. With the arrival of clans and families, this has also been moved to the much simpler ticket system!

Two big new things for y'all to look at!

We have introduced a new Official Player Group (and opened up the chibi psd files for everyone to download and use for free in this channel) called Clans and Families! This follows the prominent royal/noble and other large clans and families of dragonkind in the Realms, beginning with three: the royal family of Vystriana, the Forgefang clan, and the Nightwind clan. More to come!

Next, and part of our country redux and expansion project, we've polished up Driakkion and added cultural tendencies, inns and taverns, climate and much more. Check it out!
