Roleplay

Grey ran forward with Lucio, each taking a different side to flank the devil while it was engaged with Ruth. Grey moved in as close as she dared before a bolt of electricity arced from her fingers. It was weaker than a natural bolt but more than strong enough to hurt or kill a mortal man.

On the other side Lucio lashed out with fire once more, doing his best to avoid Ruth.

Ruth flinched a little as it felt the engaging attacks of its companions aim for the demon in its jaw. It was also flinching from the aggitated struggling and flailing of the beast. Its claws dug into its skin, whch caused Ruth to tighten its grip. Soon enough the devil fell limp, only twitching slightly, and Ruth let go of it, quickly retreating to sniff at the claw wounds and minor burns. There was also evidence of what ever dripped from the creature's mouth burning into Ruth's arms and hands, but the demon made no audible fuss, other than whining a bit.

Lucio graced as he watched the devil thing die, only looking away when he felt sure it was done for. He glanced at Ruth and shook his head before pointing at Ramsey. " hey! Ruth. Go over to that guy so he can heal you. Or try to. You're obviously good muscle and fighters are welcome as long as they don't slow us down."

Ruth simply tilted its head as Lucio gave his permision for it to follow them. It hhad fully intended to follow the group, whether the fire had given permision or not. It walked over to the dead devil and quickly took a few chunks out of it, swallowing the peiced whole and carrying on over to Ramsey. The meat tasted gross, but it was hungry enough just to try a taste. Once over to Ramsey, the demon sat in the same manner as a dog, and sniffed at the burns along its arms.

"Don't mind him. He hasn't tried anything by now with you so he probably won't." Ramsey glance at Tober quickly as he talked. It was also true the Lucio never bound demons, but he hadn't been incredibly sure the fire spirit wouldn't try with an artificial one.

Ramsey dug out a small bottle from his pack and slowly reached toward Ruth's arm. "May I? Might sting but it'll heal it up real quick."

"Try anything? Why would he try anything? There is very little to try out here" Ruth said, flatly. It was clear the demon wasn't the best with not taking things litterally.. Ruth looked at the hand that was close to his arm and lifted it up. "It already stings... Do what you feel might be best, human..." The demon nodded.

Ramsey opened his mouth to explain before thinking better of it and just starting to treat the offered arm. He poured some of the potion on a piece of cloth and dabbed it sparingly across the injury. Seconds after touching it began to work, making the injury look days old and near recovered rather than fresh.

He did the same with the other wounds. Nodding when he finished."That's all."

Ruth gave a long, but slow hiss as Ramsey worked on it's wounds. It seemed to twitch uncomfortable from the pain, and even jerked away a couple times. It was obvious the demon wasn't used to healing magic.
Once finished, Ruth retreated to.the back of the group, sniffing it's wounds over.
Tober watched nervously, wondering if the demon would lash out at all, if the healing hurt too much. He didn't like the idea of a demon following them... They had terrible reputations, and could be hard to control. He looked down for a moment, before picking his pace up, wondering what was in the direction they were heading .

( sorry for the vanishing act. Was a little scattered for a few days)

Ramsey fell back in line, keeping to the middle now in order to give Ruth space if the creature needed it.

Lucio looked over and nodded. "Good, lets pick up the pace. If we hurry we should reach the next town by night fall. I'm sure I can bribe whatever guards there into accepting those of us who don't have the proper citizen papers for mythicals." He glanced at Tober and Ruth.

(Tis no problem)

Tober bit his lip a little as it was brought up that he didn't have any papers, but then just kinda scowled at the fire spirit, realizing that he was the one wanting to drag the centaur into another city. He shook his a head a little and kept on, trying to keep up the pace. 'Well, night fall is sure coming fast" He commented, looking at the sky.
Ruth didn't even seem to register Ramsey's comment, keeping on, looking up at the tree line. It's ear twitched a little at Tober's comment however. "Theres a bad moon coming" It said. "Bad for humans... Three nights of a harvest moon. Very good for demons though" It hummed, swinging its tail, back and forth.
