Comment: I'd say squirting blood out of your eyes to deter predators is a pretty extreme ability! Several species of the horned lizard genus Phrynosoma do that. The one in the picture I chose is a Texas horned lizard (as I'm originally from Texas!) and has a tracking device because they're being studied as they're in decline - read more about that in the article here.

Comment: Where did it go?? Wait.. is that an eel?
Like other octopuses, they can disguise themselves with the background. However, the Mimic Octopus got their name from their ability of impersonate a wide variety of other marine animals!
Not only do they use their ability to defend from predators, it also uses aggressive mimicry to approach prey, for example mimicking a crab as an apparent mate, only to DEVOUR ITS DECEIVED SUITOR
On the image below, the mimic octopus is mimicking a flounder!

Comment (Optional): Don't underestimate these cute creatures. They may look dopey but within them lies the fantastical power of regeneration. The axolotl does not heal by scarring and is capable of the regeneration of entire lost appendages in a period of months, and, in certain cases, more vital structures, such as tail, limb, central nervous system, and tissues of the eye and heart. Some have indeed been found restoring the less vital parts of their brains.

They have some kind of bond worked out with baboons and vervet monkeys; the nyalas eat fruit that the monkeys drop off trees, and the monkeys also warn them when predators approach. It's not clear if the monkeys get anything out of it at all.

The outfit is symbolic of a vulture with a higher social standing. It's thought that the darker the red in the feathers, the higher up the individual, since they've got all the time in the world do go take their clay baths. I think having the bare dragon with just a normal rusty appearance and then the outfit having the bright scarlet colors that are an adornment is another way in which this dragon can mimic a bearded vulture.
