The prizes are being held by another user, the one that originally took in all the prizes. I had contacted them saturday asking if they'd be able to send over the prizes as needed and they confirmed, but they've been slow to respond since then.
You are guaranteed your prize, but I don't know WHEN you'll be able to get it. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I wanted to explain the situation.
