@dragonwriter315 - Great story about the trail bars. :D
Okay, the last representative for the Arcane members in Clan Greenwood is Madeline. She is one of the newer babies.

Right now she is being trained in the Coli but she doesn't like it. She is tardy all the time and gets yelled at a lot.
She would rather spend time with her sprite Aisling sitting by a waterfall in the shade of an alder tree and just read all day long.
She is supposed to be attending the lecture, "Defender, Paladin, Healer, Magic Maker, Provider, Scout: What Is YOUR True Path of The Mage?"
Blech! Boring.
She wants to go to listen to the great storyteller, Qalifyon, read from his masterpiece Mighty Fenor And His Quest For The Golden Coronet.
Not only that but the others have said she needs to pick the winner of the skirmish. She thinks the Wandering Surgepriest is funny and is just sort of goofing around. But the Maren Warlock looks cranky and scary. She thinks he has the edge. Final answer: Maren Warlock

@BunnySox - Peili looks great with the Stardust Witch accent. I'll have to make sure I brew a couple of copies.
@BlueHare - It's good to see Madeline again. I believe last time I saw her she was rocking a Milk Maid outfit. ;) Loove that pic too. Books and a gold dragon. Magnificent!

The Maren Warlock was attempting to cast a new spell when colorful sparks exploded in front of his face. Raucous cackling identified the perpetrator as a Wandering Surgepriest. A muttered spell saw the priest's tail catch on fire. Then it was on. Unfortunately, the Surgepriest spells were mostly harmless pranks, whereas the Warlock had some major curses up his sleeve. Let's just say it will be a while before the Wandering Surgepriest's spells blow up in anyone's face but his own.

It's always wise to be wary of a warlock. He rewards you with a crystalized satchel.
A chill creeps up your spine. A Longneck Medium and Greybeak Reaper stand facing each other, chanting softly. It seems there was some debate about who had the greater connection with the spirit world. Things are about to get spooky.

Greybeak Reaper
Familiar
These fearful Corven are said to be the shepherds of the lost spirits of recently deceased Talonok.
@dragonwriter315 Oh, that looks like an interesting contest. I'd have to go with the Greybeak Reaper, though. A reaper is generally of the spirit world, while a medium merely channels a part of it.

@dragonwriter315 -
Awww, the kid won! That will earn her a day off from the teasing Clan Greenwood nubies normally get when they guess incorrectly on these games of chance. :P
(I was hoping she would be a happy surprise for you...and in a few months she will once again be rocking the Milk Maid outfit. :) ).
Happy 1st of October! In keeping with the beginning of things getting spooky - Clan Greenwood's most spooky member has flown in.
I see @BunnySox has some fine representatives who showed up for the same reason. Beauts, the both of them. Dark and powerful.
Carmilla is a dark fae. She is fierce, aggressive and fast. She brings with her Le Fanu, her Scythe Kamaitachi familiar.
For the skirmish outcome, they choose the Greybeak Reaper

A strange change overcomes Kleur at this time of year. Coarse white fur replaces his smooth scales. His eyesight, normally poor, becomes sharper, clearer; his other senses more acute as well. He is restless at night, constantly prowling around, turning his gaze every so often to the pale moon above. It is a time of year when magic runs wild, and during this month so does he.

The Longneck Medium and Greybeak Reaper's chanting rises to a fever pitch and abruptly ceases. An Infestation Hound manifests in front of the Reaper. He cackles and twirls his scythe in triumph, for it appears the Longneck Medium was unable to summon a spirit. Then the ground between them bursts open and a Malevolent Spirit flies out of the hole. With a single swipe it dispatches the hound and then turns its gaze on the rest of the crowd. "Alright," the Greybeak Reaper's voice has an edge of panic in it, "You win. You can banish it now." "Don't know how," the Longneck Medium calmly replies, "Frankly I'm surprised I was able to summon it at all." With a collective sigh, several dragon Coliseum teams leap to engage the massive spirit.

The carmine serthis' scales present a particularly rich shade of red after it has freshly molted.
While I normally like the Carmine Serthis, today I'll go with the Swiftfoot Slayer. Taunting someone throwing an axe is both more than stupid and quite rude.
