You can send them to any of the attendants online :) It's just a way to get extra tickets to this raffle by sending dragons for free. Or get entries to the Akirbeak raffle by sending LV6s+ for free and telling them that's what you want.

@Detroness that's okay - that's definitely a very valid reason! I am keeping space clear for someone to send me some fodder, so I wanted to send them off quickly, that's all. Thank you for being understanding at me cancelling the trades. :)
