The venom of a Toridae can be dangerous to Fae, but larger dragon breeds are able to shrug off the effects.

Choose from one of these two rules:
Hardmode: You must select coliseum challengers in your lair using a random number generator. Then, select the coliseum arena that corresponds to the highest level dragon of that group (For a 'medium' mode, select the venue that is one tier down from that of highest level dragon). If your dragons level up while in an area, you can still stay there for the whole day. You can quit your battle streak at any time to regen health, and flee from battles if it is appropriate. Don't try do 50 matches in a row unless you want a wiped-out dragon!
OR
Easymode: Choose whichever team and venue you want and go for it. Running from battles, using health pots, and ending the battle streak is fine, as I explained above.
Difficulty level subject to change. Currently I'm using a sort of medium-level mixed difficulty, functioning almost exactly like the hard mode difficulty, but I roll for two dragons and I get to pick the other one. I can use any venue I'd like to.

As the group continues to fend off the creatures and beastclans that challenged them, Pine noticed a [gamedb item=14442] hiding under the roots of a tree. It seemed terrified, likely due to the blasts of arcane magic Tamesin was throwing around. The basilisk shyed away from Pine's gaze, sheltering himself with his wings. Despite Tamesin's countless warnings about the dangers that wild creatures can pose, Pine took pity on this one - he didn't seem dangerous, just scared. Pine gently scooped up the basilisk in his claws, doing his best to seem as non-threatening as possible. Inspecting the tiny hole under the tree roots, Pine noticed some small purple flowers scattered around. "I think I'm going to call you Lavender." The newly-named Lavender still seemed scared, but somewhat relived that it didn't seem like Pine was going to eat him.

Breaking the gaze of a grouse basilisk is not too difficult if attacked in pairs; they startle easily!
