Quests & Challenges

If anyone is reading this, that is. I'm not sure if people like this kind of stuff (I'm new to the quests and challenges forums!), so this will mostly be for me!

I wanted to add a little intrigue to breeding, and half-an-egg challenges always interested me. There's no lore associated with this, and the babies will mostly be used for fodder. In short, this is entirely for fun!

The challenge is, of course, inspired by Sinjin's Half-an-egg challenge, though the rules will be a little different.

• Breed dragon pairs that are as far apart as possible on the color wheel, each pair pulling from half of the wheel.
• I will be using two pairs at once... and they will not be monogamous! I have two XXX sisters and a couple XXX boys to pair them with, each on either side of the wheel.
• I am using plentiful breeds, so they can breed as often as possible. Between the sisters and the mates, there is one of each plentiful breed.
• Unlike the original rules, there are no requirements for finding homes for special hatchlings. However, they will be noted on a post in the thread.
• Also unlike the original rules, I have made this as chaotic as possible... by having poison/toxin genes in the mix. Wild accent colors incoming! I am not going into this with the expectation that the hatchlings will look good - I just want to see the variety!

• Hatch an XXX.
• Hit every color on the wheel in each slot (primary/secondary/tertiary).

Please note, as a general rule, I do not sell hatchlings of these pairs, preferring to exalt them myself. The reason for this is purely to have full control over the offspring lists of the parents. However, I do make exceptions occasionally - for example, I may sell the dragons to PBs/raffles of conquesting flights with the assumption that their names will not be changed, and if a dragon happens to come out with just the right color combo for a project, we can definitely talk about working something out.

The first nests have hatched! (Honestly, I expected them to look much worse! haha) Okay, didn't notice until I started putting the colors in but [i]we already got a double people[/i] AND the bab got peacock over underbelly.
