Slamming the door on trick or treaters isn't "friendly", they said. Sure, but no one bothers to pester the Unnamed dragon about -his- lack of social skills. But fine, whatever. Exploring the Scarred Wasteland gets her out of their meddling ways for a while. Something glowy. Instinctively, she assumed it must be a trick or treat clan opening their door to a weary traveler. That was of course not the case, but she wasn't in the mood to shift from this area until tomorrow. She couldn't see any other signs of life in the vicinity, though she could hear other dragons in the distance. This was going to be the start of her exploration, and she couldn't help but wonder if those other dragons were going to get in her way....

After an incident involving the clan's entire duskrat supply, he is searching the wastelands for festival decorations to keep him out of trouble. @tacotwix Yes you did that correctly! Prizes can take up to 24 hours to be awarded and you can search on a new day even if you haven't received your previous prize. Everything is recorded however, and you should be receiving backlogged prizes soon!

"I seek the place where living current bridges the realms of heaven and earth and the sky forever rolls with tumbling vapor. This place of miasma and fog has harbored me in a time of need, but now I must move on. Do you know the place of which I speak? I will repay any guidance you may provide." There was an Imperial nearby (@tacotwix). Haxvin approached a little cautiously, knowing that danger could be around any corner in the Wasteland. When they felt they were close enough to be easily heard, they called out to the other dragon. "Hello?! Another wanderer I take it? How's it going?" They did their best to keep their tone friendly, knowing that between the exposed bone across their face and their muzzle being totally covered, it was hard to read emotion in their face.

With her heart so close to Nature the Plaguelands did not feel like home, but she can't deny a certain connection. And coming here once a year to explore the origins of her element, [i]does[/i] feel right. The worries that had held her back last time were gone now, after that first time exploring her roots - she knew now, nothing would change where she belonged. But coming here, feeling that Plague magic lingering not only in the soil beneath her claws and the atmosphere around but also [i]inside[/i] her own flesh and bones, was a strange but thrilling experience. She had no certain goal - not for today, not for the festival - would just travel and see what she would find, things, dragons, whatever. For now, she was just taking in her surroundings, how they changed slowly until she arrived where [i]wasteland[/i] was a title well earned.

It looks like it might have been buried - by a squirrel or chipmunk, perhaps by an enterprising beastclan individual or another dragon. Some are still pointed and sharp, harsh against any foot that slips onto them. The only thing to do is... pick them all up. Acting fast you manage to catch a handful of the fleeing creatures - and cut a tidy swath through the plants as well - perhaps it'll taste good all cooked together?[/columns] [right]@Samelf [/right][columns]A sudden spark catches your eye - a golden ring pokes out of the fleshy dirt beneath your feet. As you lift it up, you find another just below and you cast your eyes around, confused. Regardless, you don't escape notice of the small mirror that lives within, aged but still speedy as they push a large pile of ancient leathers into your hands.[/columns] [right]@LeonidasOfAstora [/right][columns]The basilisk draws attention with a loud squawk from across the clearing. It's clearly in good health and unafraid; it doesn't back down from your presence even a little. Indeed - after a few moments it takes a few strutting steps towards you, paces round you once and then settles comfortably at your side. Well. It takes some careful prying to pick it out from where it's wedged between some bones and some stones, but before long there it is in your hands - a small and perfect ring.[/columns] [right]@Chamilet [/right][columns]You didn't even think toridae [i]came[/i] here - but from this one's colouration, it's venomous. It's impossible to know just how venomous it must be to have survived here, to have grown this large - but it doesn't seem aggressive, oddly enough. Instead it snurfles around your camp, sniffing at things, before settling down near your bedding.
