These two Old Norse mythological wolves have made it into Flight Rising! They're the sons of the Fenris Wolf and perpetually chase the sun (Sköll) and the moon (Hati). When Ragnarök comes, Fenrir will break free to fight the Asgardians, and his sons will each devour their long sought after celestial bodies.
These are scried the way they look on FR since the mythological canon is just normal-if-huge wolves. (Hati is orca-midnight-ice and Sköll is amber-gold-maize.)

The Michigan Dogman shows up once every 10 years, whenever the year ends with a 7 (1997, 2007, 2017, etc). It is a seven foot tall bipedal dog with the torso of a man whose howl sounds like a human scream.[/center]

I would like to thank chatoyant for the inspiration to do a kitsune! I tried to base mine off of their ability to produce fire.

Based on the Vampire Dog of Ennerdale, which was actually killing sheep in Cumberland, England in 1810. It was eventually hunted down and killed but not identified. There is speculation that it was a Thylacine, a Tasmanian animal, that had escaped from a traveling circus.
