Beautiful entries, thank you!

@Eialyne
I would not count eggs as a meat. If anything they are pre-meat. :)

Name of Dish: Swan Lake Salad Category: Gourmet Greens (Plantae) Recipe: Add a bit of magic to an everyday meal with these simple steps! Ingredients: 1 package of POWER GREENS (I get a package of baby chard, kale, and spinach, but any kind of greens you prefer for your salad will do!) 1 apple 1 tangerine 1 banana 1 bottle of apricot orange vinaigrette (homemade or store bought) You should also have a sharp knife on hand for cutting up your fruits, as well as two butter knives to assist with creating the apple swan. Instructions: 1. Rinse off your greens and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess water. Toss as much as you want onto a plate for a single serving. Slightly bitter leafy greens are preferred to balance out the sweetness of the fruits. 2. Make an apple swan (a helpful youtube link is included to best show how to create your swan in a few easy steps) and set it aside. If someone can't view the link I am more than happy to write out the steps, but the clip is the best way I've found to show the process to someone just learning how. 3. Cut up the excess apple into small pieces and put it onto the greens. 4. Slice up the banana and place them in the center of your plate. Make sure they're firm enough to hold your swan! 5. Put your super-fancy swan on top of the banana slices. 6. Peel the tangerine and arrange the slices in front of the swan so that it looks like a cresting wave. 7. Pour as much dressing on it as you'd like, and serve! A fun and easy way to make sure people of all ages eat their fruits, and tasty to boot.
