Just started my account, and I’m planning on doing a combo of different challenges: the Vow of Poverty, I can only have dragons that are born from both my founders or orphaned eggs I find myself, and I can only use certain features (brewing, coliseum, etc) if I have a dragon to fill that “role” (warrior, alchemist, etc). I’ll be making separate posts about the latter two and their “rules” in (hopefully) the near future. :)

I am a new account as well and will probably be doing a 100 egg challenge at some point - I see lots of threads about that, does this mean I should not do my own? Is it considered rude? should I have a separate website or something instead?

@Sannithe Since nobody has replied to you, I fell like I should chime in! Go for it! It's not considered rude to create a personal quest thread or anything, just don't expect a lot of attention or anything, most don't get much traffic unless they also offer free dragons or have a lot of written lore!

I have a medium/long term goal of acquiring all the familiars available as coli drops and Baldwin's brew without purchasing them. This challenge is to help move me in that direction without frustrating me enough to quit. Ragepuff still eludes me and now I feel like a ragepuff.
The challenge is simple: starting in Training Fields, I can only move up a stage after a familiar drops.
Hard mode would be only moving up a stage after a familiar I don't have drops. I'm starting easy and I'm going to note which familiar drops.
