I reached 50 agility, quickness and intellect with one of my dragons, waited 20 minutes and I still dont have the achievements.

Was that with or without stones?

I don't know if stone stats are counted or not, but the achievements for those worked fine for me.

That's likely your problem then - while it's a bit ambiguous, the achievement does specify stat points.

It might be. A shame, since as you said its ambiguous and the stats ARE 50/50/50

I will use a Tincture on anther dragon then :/
