It happened in the Trading Post a few minutes ago as well.

Just an FYI that it's not something you need to worry about - the database was concerned that you and someone else were going to try and make conflicting changes at the same time so it flipped a coin and rejected one person's request (yours, if you got that message).

You can safely try again, you won't have lost anything.
