There are so many dragons on FR, prices tend to be pretty low now. Even pretty dragons are sold as cheap fodder. But what if there were a way to make the dragons... disappear? What if some awful, horrible person deleted the dragons? Or worse... What if we made the users do it themselves.
An evil idea: A new breed. The ONLY way to obtain it is based on your participation in one. Single. Dom battle. If your flight wins, having exalted any dragons at all will reward you with an egg for the new breed. Players in non-winning flights can get an egg too, but they need to have exalted more dragons to get the egg. At the very bottom of the board, you may need to exalt a thousand dragons to get an egg...
People would fight very, very hard. Even if someone knew their flight wouldn't win, that would only make them fight harder because they'd know they'd only have a chance at the egg if they exalt loads and loads of dragons.
And that would be the only way to get G1s of the breed, ever. No scrolls, no other eggs, nothing. All dragons of that breed on the site would descend from the children of the eggs given out after that single battle.
The auction house would lay empty, in shambles. Lairs would go empty. Countless dragons, once regarded as permadragons, would be fed to the dom board. The survivors of the battle would hold immense value due to scarcity. And we'd make the users do it themselves.
Is this a good idea? Absolutely not.
But it is wonderfully evil.

The "solution" would be to create an alternate account for each flight. Exalting a single dragon to each flight would let you win and then, like the criminal you'd be, you'd funnel it to whatever your main account was, provided you didn't get lucky enough for your main account to win.
That's against the rules, so in this hypothetical solution no one should do it (I wouldn't. I simply would not get involved, it's not a scroll so I'd rather resign to G2+ dragons for that breed.), but, like... it'd work.

There are just too many people and dragons on the site for one battle to make a huge difference in numbers, especially with the hibernal den giving users over 600 total spaces.
If eggs are given out to every participating member of the winning flight why would you bother exalting 1000 dragons yourself when you could send a fraction of that to someone in that flight and have them send you an egg in return? :D
The anger coming from Imps 2.0 would be fun to watch though.
:D And then everything would go back to normal within a few days just like it does after intense dom battles now.

You could still send the gen 1 over. Unless they were clanbound too :D That would definitely end in upset.
