TOPIC | Earth tone Kintsugi inspired dragons
I’ve been working to collect dragons that are reminiscent of the kintsugi technique in pottery. If you are unfamiliar with this Kintsugi is a Japanese repairing technique in which broken pottery and porcelain are mended with gold. It gives the pottery a very unique look. If you’d like to read more about Kintsugi you can here. The look I’m going for is not restrictive but the parameters I’ve set are that the dragon must be deep blues, whites, blacks or browns. With earth tone accent to resemble clay and that the traits must look reminiscent of glazed pottery. The important part is is the gold veined tertiary trait. I‘m putting two very lovely siblings on the marketplace right now and hoping they get good homes. :D
