Spoon101 Can't offer advice on the first question, but I believe the red dragon is a female pearlcatcher with the primary Clown in Maroon

Roundsey is a treasure sink and is designed to remove treasure from the economy. Very nice, unique top prizes and very low odds of winning. Consider
this post where someone figured out the odds when there were 23 winnable prizes.
If you actually want one of the prizes the only "affordable" way to get one is to either be very, very lucky (and buy just a few tickets) or save up your money and buy it from a lucky winner.
I toss in 5k every week because you can't win if you don't enter. I don't really care about the prizes but it's a nice little thing to do. Technically I could go ahead and spend more but it doesn't really up my chances unless I drop millions in. If I do find something in it I can't live without I'll make a thread and offer to buy it from the winner with the money I don't spend every week at Roundsey.
As far as your other question it would help if you gave a link to the page and not just called it the "dragon tab." I have no idea what you're trying to describe or where it is. The closest I could find was the pearlcatcher
here.

I want to live in Theory. Everything works there.
Have you checked the
Gem MP for Gene and Breed scrolls before buying an AH listing from me ending in
5g?
I kind of ended up buying 75 tickets. I probably didn't win,
but when you do, are you supposed to get an alert?
UPDATE
I didn't get an alert to anything so I think no

Spoon101 If you win an item you'll get a PM with it. If you win a dragon it'll be automatically put into your lair as long as you have at least 1 slot open.
