You can find them through scavenging, or through the coliseum!

The easiest way is through using your Gathering turns in the Scavenging section. But you can also get them through training dragons in the Coliseum. And Bogsneak eggs can be brewed at Baldwin's, although you might want to use a brewing service since it's a fairly high-level recipe.
