It must be an exporting error. I dragged it and another familar icon onto my desktop, and the Globe is only 65px wide whereas all other icons are 75px. Of course, the site then stretches it to match the size of how big item icons are meant to be – so it gets blurry.
That doesn't explain why the full art is also kinda low-res, though...

I noted this in the thread of the Bounty of the Elements, but figured it'd be good to post here. In the preview of this post, the image is smaller then the latest celebration familiar, ergo the stretching in the Hoard
