Relatively minor in the grand scheme of things, but I noticed just now that two items of apparel are designed to interact with the male Mirror's ear(?) differently:

He's wearing the old White Satin Tunic under the new Mage's Sappire Overcoat. You can see the collar and part of the sleeve of the tunic over the ear where the overcoat's been designed to go underneath it.

I have a feeling that some apparel is designed to look differently, and that may just be what is causing this. You could also try layering the clothes differently, which may also make a difference. I hope this helped!

Also, when I combine apparel, that sometimes happens. Maybe the items just don't go together well.
