This error has been on for a good while now, since the last update, September 5th! It's starting to get a bit annoying when I can't open my messages, and there is a great pile of them, 95 if we're being straight.

When I press the messages button in the Clan section or under my treasure and gem collection, it logs me out and says: Whoops! You must be logged in to access this area.

After this, when I press home button, and then the comments section in some of the news, it logs me back in. The logging in error is also present every day when I come to flight rising, I can't log in in other way than pressing the comments section, or it says this; Invalid Login. Incorrect username and/or password.

I use google chrome as my browser.

Also, me and my friend tried my friend's account on my computer and it worked properly and normally.

Currently, flight rising has 2 sites that you can be logged into:

http://www1.flightrising.com/

http://www.flightrising.com/

You will need to log into both sites. Generally, the http://www1.flightrising.com/ site is only for alerts, messages and the front page. The regular http://www.flightrising.com/ is for all other pages.

This is related to the work being done on the site behind the scenes.

Both of them do the same thing with logging in and trying to open messages center

@Juggler hmm I would maybe try reseting your password and try logging in the front page with the new one and hopefully you can get into your messages. Otherwise you'd have to use the 'Contact Us' to talk to customer service

@Coalescency Lol wow, when I try to change it, this error message pops up;Your password could not be updated for the following reasons:
Incorrect Password.
Kind of same problem than with logging in, tho I know this is my correct password

I'll just have to log out and pretend that I forgot my password

I've been having the same problem on my mobile, but not on my comp, do you use a mobile?
