Oh gosh, this is embarrassing. I didn't realize it, but I needed to update my browser. Once I did that, the dithering started loading just fine. :') Thanks for all your hard work though!!

Thank you for the report @TeddyPigeonz

This seems related to how this effect (as well as Sixteen Bit and Dot Matrix) handle semi-transparent pixels. I'll share this with the team to see if the cutoff point needs additional balancing.

Cathode has a few random missing pixels? I think it appears for quite a few poses, but I found it first on my female fae and it's very obvious that there are missing pixels on the wing even though there aren't any empty spaces in the normal art

Thank you for the report @unicornrabbit62

The new effects system has been uncovering some surprising things about our dragon base art. I copied your dragon into Photoshop over a red background and... it turns out there actually are some stray semi-transparent pixels in the wings!

As with @/TeddyPigeonz's report above yours, I'll send this over to the team to discuss.

Found a bug with some of the effects specifically with them not interacting correctly with Sanguine Plumage (And I'm assuming windbound plumage too, but I don't have it too test with)

Probablly has to do with the plumage smoke being a semi transparent item.
Boot dragon LCD makes the smoke from the plumage disappear but the feathers on the head are still visible.

Boot dragon Orange (And green) both make the smoke look way more vibrant than the rest of the effect. Not sure if this is intended, but it definitely seems out of place

Cathode has no smoke at all
cnAPhUY.jpeg
Numerical Noise and Patterned pixels, the smoke receives no effect at all.

This dragon is also not getting the effect totally on this smoke item:

What follows is the item description: def quantize for y in range x in range if old PIXEL newpixel set PIXEL??? return cool effect - very important it must look COOL - send msg. send message. why isn't it--- OHHHHHHHH Like apparel, skins, and scenes, effects are purely cosmetic items that can be added and removed from dragons at any time
This effect is not animated.

Uvidra is displayed as a fallback image due to an error while loading Effect: Numerical Noise effect.
This is a static effect.

It does appear to change hue, but not getting the pixellated effect. "Haunted Flame Candles"

the Cathode effect appears to cause similar discoloration to what was caused by Sixteen Bit before it was changed. I don't have a pre-change picture of 16bit to compare to, but this dragon's silver secondary and tertiary become very pink in the same manner they did with 16bit, so I assume this is similarly unintended [effect dragon=95903285] compare to its normal appearance

This dragon is displaying an cosmetic effect. What follows is the item description: VGA MEMORY DUMP: Dragon hoarding all 2MB of video RAM for coolness simulation. ADVISORY: Dragons require minimum 24-bit true color to display proper coolness. FATAL ERROR: Dragon attempted to render self in 8K, system now on fire. Like apparel, skins, and scenes, effects are purely cosmetic items that can be added and removed from dragons at any time
