I had to go into my computer and go to to windows settings -->accessibility-->visual effects-->turn on animations and suddenly everything worked!
When I saw this update, I got upset, and then I read the post and I suddenly LOVED the idea... I have so many dragons these would be great on!! Veilamore is getting hers first, I put her skin on her a while ago to get a similar effect

Now she gonna be very shiny, very prismatic.

Are you guys hovering over the image and hitting the play button? I had the same issue until I realized I had to do that to see it.

I had the same thing - where the effects weren't showing up at all - and then went into my Windows Display settings and realized that I'd turned off the ability to show animations in Windows years ago to make my computer run faster. You might want to check if you did the same.

i'm not entirely sure how to feel about this update but i guess it's pretty cool!
edit: i can barely get any of them to work, and yes i am making sure to hover over them and hit the play button. they just don't do anything. oh well i guess
