Is there any way to know if I own a piece of apparel if said piece is currently worn by a dragon? Or do I have to go through my complete lair and hibden to figure it out?

Unfortunately you will have to look through your lair manually.

@Tserin Ah, yeah, I figured that would probably be the case. I wish they would implement something like they do in the shops now for the game database. You know, the little treasure chest that indicates you already owns an item. But alas ... ;)
