He remembers what happened the last time he broke off into the cold. Remnants of the spike of panic he'd felt tingle in his claws. Viridian simply squints at the empty hallway, it's soft winds never-changing.

[center]@wistfulclown Brood's tiny claws scratch the old stone floor as comes to a crossroads, blood rushing in his ears as he feels an ethereal poison seep into his blood. His face contorts as his heart skips a beat, faltering momentarily.
It seems as though the Toxicologist's curse is a double-edged sword, his own shadowy dealings turning around to swing at him, too. Luckily, he's worked with many poisons in his life, and this time the chemicals pass through his body with little effect. He can only hope he continues to outrun his fate, if only for a little longer.
Brood continues his mad sprint, [b]taking a left to the West[/b] where Avina had come from (W>W>N>N>N>W).
