Good morrow, @pinglist-2136! I am back from my mountain vacation (and mostly back from the consequent bad cold), and so I bring you some more fresh children! Good morrow again, @pinglist-2136! Today I bring you more boys, but this time in (slightly) different shades of pink. And also some flowers I found in the forest last week. Figuring out the exact species wight take some time still though. 6000 photos from the vacation and I barely sorted through half... Anyway, enjoy! ----- ----- New pair just arrived! Hello, @pinglist-10274! Long time no see! I may not keep all my pair graphics in one big post (or anywhere else, really) anymore, but I still enjoy making them! And here's my latest chance to do so: "Oooh, is that a bronze XXY with a great matchy tert selection?", you may ask. And the answer is YEAH AINT THAT NEAT? Bronze is such an underrated color. And a pain to get too! There are currently ~550 non-exalted XXY cyan dragons with petbuttglim. Bronze? 68. But fear not, for I have arrived and I'm gonna breed these guys to hell and back (and then some). "Okay, but what's up with that long latin name?", you may ask. And then I'll be like "Oh, yeah, that. That's a butterfly I recently met by the riverbend"! Such a gentle creature too! Butterflies and moths are usually a pain to photograph, especially for amateurs like me who don't have the money for expensive setups and need to get right in the creature's face to get a good shot. Why? Well, uh, the wings. They have those and they're not afraid to use them. And, like, I respect that! I truly do! If I had wings I'd probably be using them all the time too, high calorie cost of flight be damned. But I'm a big clumsy monkey, I can't keep up with that, please stay still for a moment, I beg of you... aaaand it got away. Anyway. This little thing? Perfect model! It was completely chill and allowed me to get plenty of photos from different angles (until some other tourists suddenly appeared on the path and scared it off). Still, isn't it a pretty little thing? Pretty common in woodlands, apparently. And territorial! I think this is the first butterfly I've learned about that's described as "territorial". As in, each male chooses a nice territory with a high concentration of food plants, which he then defends from other males and propositions passing females. Ain't that neat? ----- -----

New pair just arrived!

Hello, @News SW&F Pinglist! Long time no see!

I may not keep all my pair graphics in one big post (or anywhere else, really) anymore, but I still enjoy making them! And here's my latest chance to do so:
