Bouta print this skin as a limited edition and wanted to kinda get a grasp on how many I should print or how much I should charge for it. I know a lot of limited skins can sell for a kidney lol so I want to get others opinions on how much I should charge for a copy, or if I should hold an auction? :) @hazelgem this looks super nice! I usually see limited prints as 10-20 prints with 1-1.5kg pricing? also, I'm fairly sure you're not supposed to ping gasp for interest or price checks (i believe it says so in the rules), but either way I'd be interested in a slot c:

Oh, that's a striking design! I see you're just starting out with a custom skin shop, and gotta say, your art style translates beautifully to UMAs. (...and/or you've done your research on what techniques work, and it shows!)

So, "limited edition" is a relative term; naturally skins that are 20-print limited editions tend to be worth less than 5-print limited editions. But it's pretty rare for people to outright auction copies unless it's something like a 5-print private custom where only one or two copies will be released publicly at all, so it's probably not the way to go in this case.

I paid 2kg for a copy of a 20-print limited skincent from a series of 20-print recolors from the popular artist final—but it's worth noting that final already had built a big following at that point, which always makes it easier to fill slots.

With your art, I suspect you won't have difficulty filling slots for more modestly priced limited editions like 20-prints. On the other hand, aiming for fewer prints and a higher price point is a trickier goal—not totally out of the question, but it's not something I'm confident advising on, you know? This is a beautiful design, but it's more elegantly understated rather than hyper-detailed, and it's the latter where I tend to see people shell out the aforementioned kidneys.
