One of my skins is missing from my 'Reprint Past Orders' page of the new skin system
Hello, I just submitted this order again due to the first not having dark enough lineart. When I view it from my art program the lineart on the dark parts looks visible enough to me but once it is viewed on the manequin the lines just disappear? I'm showing both 750px and 350px version to see if this is a me problem?
Edit: The dark parts have lowered opacity

loving the new system so far! i just wanted to ask if the inability to use apostrophes is intentional? I had previously submitted skins with them in the old system, but the current one doesn’t seem to allow it

Hi @cind,
I think what is happening here is that the iPad is producing a "right single quotation mark" (’) instead of the plain apostrophe (') so it is getting detected as a special character. We do allow the plain apostrophe, but the special left/right versions that are slanted aren't currently supported. For now you may need to type a normal apostrophe by long pressing on the apostrophe keyboard button on iOS and selecting the plain apostrophe, or copy+pasting a plain apostrophe in, or using a different device to enter the text. I apologize for the inconvenience.

@incant It looks like the original lineart and shadow layers are clipped to the design, but they have been lightened significantly so that they are very difficult to see. If you'd like you can submit this edited version of your design, which will be accepted. Or you can submit a similarly edited version of your own.

@Kamyoyo It looks like that skin was actually Accent sized (under 31%), and we didn't catch that it had been submitted with 2 Skin Blueprints. If you like, we can refund you the extra gem difference between a 2 Skin Blueprint and a 2 Accent Blueprint (1400 gems).
@macintalk The skin has been fixed to display on Spiral M.
@ASinglePringle Please PM me the extra skin order and I will refund you the blueprint, then submit the new skin through the new skin system. With the new system, mistakes like this should be significantly reduced, if not eliminated.
@DragonsMythos Yes, please PM me 15 copies of of Wish Thief F and I will send you 10 copies of Wish Thief M and refund you the 750 gem different for the 5 Accent Blueprint.
@Eligos I would recommend making the original lineart layer slightly darker so it's more clearly visible over the wolf paw and dark colors along the wolf's back. If you'd like you can submit this edited version of your design, which will be accepted. Or you can submit a similarly edited version of your own.
