- No, any Blueprint refund requests must be for gem purchases made within the last 90 days.
Q. Is there a limit on the number of Blueprints I can refund?
- There is no limit to how many Blueprints you PM me for a refund, but they must be purchased within the last 90 days of your refund request.
Q. Can I refund a Blueprint I purchased from the Auction House?
- No, only Blueprints purchased from The Custom Skins page can be refunded. Any Blueprints received via player trade are not eligible for refund.
Q. Can I refund a Blueprint on behalf of another player?
- No, the refund request must come from the player that made the purchase.
Q. Do I need to provide a reason for the Refund?
- No, the only requirement for a gem refund is that the Blueprint was purchased from the Custom Skins page in the last 90 days since your refund request.

Hello, I accidentally bought the wrong skin blueprint bundle. Is it possible to get a refund for the gems spent? I bought the 3-pack, instead of the 5-pack bundle and didn't even notice there WAS a five-print bundle that's cheaper, so I feel a bit silly. Apologies if that isn't possible.
