[b]Dagon[/b], head of the External Affairs, will assist us in this task. For those of you who don't know him yet, he's hidden [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/66300452][color=#c993e2]in this pond[/color][/url]. In this place will be held raffles (frequency tbd)! How does it work? Simple! [b]First[/b], post here the number of tickets you are purchasing, and how you will be paying (currency or items)! [b]Then[/b], send the items needed [b][color=#502763]by PM[/color][/b]! You will be pinged on here when your request has been processed. If you've read the rules, post "Lovely weather we have" at some point in your message! [i]You can buy additional tickets as the week goes on![/i] [b]Note[/b] if you are getting tickets by : bumping (please add the number for that raffle), dragon purchase, suggestion/recommending, Just post on here with the details! If the conditions are met, the tickets will be credited. [font=corbel][b]When all the tickets have been purchased, I will draw the winners : I will use [url=https://www.gigacalculator.com/calculators/random-number-generator.php][color=#c993e2]this generator[/color][/url][/b] There will be 10 winners in each raffle or as many as the number of people who got tickets for that edition, whichever is the smaller number. I will notify the winners here, and the prizes will have to be claimed in order (the user who got first place has priority on the second, and so on) Note : If you were interested in a dragon that got claimed before your turn arrived, feel free to ask me if I can get one identical or similar, and if it doesn't take too long we can work out something! Please note that there will be no refund, except if I have to cancel a raffle! Finally, the rules are not set in stone, if I believe they need to be modified, they will be!
