There's a high pitched shriek from the balcony below and then a horribly loud, cartoonish SPLAT sound as the jello-like dragon shapeshifter below is squashed FLAT by the many books and the bookshelf.
It's tail lashes out as it's falling, hitting a nearby paint bucket and sending the bucket and the bright orange paint inside it falling downwards.
