Cloud was gazing at the clouds, when a thump above grabs his attention. He pokes his head out of the balcony just as a music box drops onto the place he was standing a second ago. He jumps and his lunch falls to the next balcony below.

"YEOUCH!" Casino exclaims, breaking the silence of the balcony he was on when a cactus lands on his back and gets tangled up in his feathers. He tries to get the cactus untangled, but while he's struggling to do so, he bumps into a statue, which topples over and falls onto the balcony below.

the statue lands on blank's head, who doesn't react until a few seconds after the impact. they glance around, unhurt yet confused, and try to deliver the now-broke statue to the balcony above, but its sudden, unexpected weight sends both the dragon and the statue to the balcony below instead.

Koi squints at her picture book, dutifully held in place by another member of her school. Above a charming illustration of a cat curled up on a patterned rug sits a line of text, taunting her. Quietly sounding out the letters in between mumbles of frustration, Koi slowly teases out the first word of the sentence - 'the'. Well, that hardly tells her anything! As she angrily blows a raspberry, one of Koi's koi wraps itself comfortingly around her neck, sensing a potential tantrum on the horizon.
Suddenly, a dragon falls from the sky! Koi squeals as the impact sends her koi, her book, herself, everything flying in all sorts of directions. Wings flapping frantically, she pulls herself upright and surveys the scene in front of her. A dazed Skydancer, a face-down picture book, overturned furniture, and a still-wobbling cracked statue - which topples onto its side and knocks an investigating koi right off of the balcony!
