His lore is yet to be written down but the general idea I want to go with is he's this extraterrestrial mage-ish dragon, hence as to why he looks a littleee silly in the face, he'll eventually be added to the lore of the oblivion dragons in my lair, but I'm being lazy sooo..

@lovelock @DeadlyPlague I really like Pyrocephalus with his red-gold theme and Bloodshard chains, and the mask gives him an air of mystery. But Jophiel's skin looks great on her and her colors are really matchy. While I normally don't like Snappers that much, she really pulls it off! Eclipsewing is perfect!!!
