No way would Tundra-run restaurants be bad. With their senses of smell and olfactory memory they'd be amazing chefs. Their seasoning game would be incredible, and the menu would be packed with soups and other comfort foods. Their fur would be a bit hard to contain, true, but I can see Tundra chefs with shaved arms/paws and well-covering clothing, or maybe they take more head-chef status and leave less shed-y dragons to handle the actual food. As for their non-olfactory memories, there's always this handy trick called writing things down. Waitstaff with notepads, maps of what tables are where, whatever they need, there's a way of making sure they can handle it.

Guardians would probably have like one of those healthy food restaurants. They would of course treat their charges as VIP customers for free. Overall score would probably be something around 2/5 with most of the negative reviews being plague dragons unhappy with how healthy the food is.

Pearlcatchers meanwhile would have one of those fine dining restaurants where the portions are small, but very fancy. They'd probably get a fair bit of complaints about the small portion sizes, with a crowd of fae and veilspun defending them because everywhere else the portions are too big for them.

I'm with the Tundras are Good At This direction. Also, they might only shed twice a year when changing Summer/Winter coats. Most of the year you won't find a hair anywhere and then they just have to close down the place for like two weeks or so.

Also, if you need a culture for anything, ask the Mirrors. Cheese mold, yeast for baking, yeast for brewing, name it, they got it.

Mirrors would probably have a very specific system for how much to heat any specific food.

Obelisks are eager to discover every possible cuisine and they have the most various menus, ranging from the sweetest thing you'll ever taste to a spicy meal that will kill you in one bite. their mane becomes a problem when cooking but it isn't that bad when compared to the fluffy tundras. bet they're besties with aethers when it comes to creating elaborate recipes (with elaborate names)

wildclaw restaurants are meat heavy and tend to be very high quality, its just that you better like everything you eat and dont make too much eye contact with the waitstaff or you could end up in a fistfight

At an Aether restaurant, you eat your menu as an appetizer and your napkins as dessert.
Gordon Ramsey Pearlcatcher
Guardians make sushi. Change my mind. Their restaurants are well-kept and almost always by bodies of water. Service is polite. Faes prepare meals on a stick! Or toothpicks. Tiny portions of skewered insects and sweets. Very fast to make; they mainly prepare food in little carts and hand them out, like a food truck; just... microscopic. Spirals do a million things at once. It's not uncommon to have your waiter/chef cook three meals at once via a portable mini stove while taking someone's order. They make amazing noodles and dumplings. The restaurant is chaotic. The food is amazing. The service is the speed of light. Skydancers would have very elegant and delicious food, I imagine! Outdoor cafe in a scenic location, teak/bamboo chairs at high tables. aether restaurant? library

Snapper restaurant that's only in the same place twice every few years. Menu consists of different preparations of desert plants.
