I feel like with Nature primal dragons, they'd be taking naps/sleeping and wake up with patches of grass and flowers around them no matter their surroundings (except underwater... maybe coral forms around them then??)
If they fall asleep for too long (like comas and such), they'll probably get consumed into the ground after awhile and have to dig themselves out!

They would become Will Solace from the Percy Jackson Series! :0

Ice primal dragons are unnaturally cold to the touch, and can never seem to warm up. If they have fur or hair, it's thicker and denser than non-primals have. If they have scales, little icicles always seem to form on their bodies
Feel like Fire primals would be the opposite, almost; they're always burning to the touch, if they lay somewhere too long they'll scorch the ground and fabrics always spontaneously combust around them. If they have fur, it's patchy and balding, and if they're not careful they'll be left with perpetual peach-fuzz instead of fur

for wind primals with hair/fur, perhaps it would always be softly blowing in a phantom wind? No other dragon can feel it; the trees and grasses are still. But, somehow, the wind primal's pelt is always ruffling, their hair always rippling, squinting into an unseen wind.
alternatively, maybe wind primals are just really good at whistling.
I could see a similar flowing-fur effect on water primals. If you've ever swum deep in a pool with long hair, you'll know it acts very differently than when you're out in the air. It swirls around you in a sort of halo, or trails after you if you're swimming fast. It could be very interesting to have the hair of, like, a water primal veilspun acting as though it was always swimming in the water, even when the dragon itself is grounded, standing perfectly still.

Water primals have a constant coating/pool of water that follows them wherever they go
