Dragon Share

So I finally finished my [b]first triple gem gene modern G1 project[/b] after almost a year of working on her (she sat in my den and watched other dragons get their genes while she waited, half-gened, for many months), and I decided I wanted to spice her up! So I meandered off to the auction house with my pocket full of gems, y'know, as you do, and much to my dismay, there ah... aren't too many obelisk female accents that really worked with the gal I had going. Within about 10 pages through my search, I'd far surpassed what I could buy with the gems I had on hand, and I found myself staring down an 850g UMA. Well. I just had to dip into my vault. You'll see why. Anyone else done this? Please show off your dragons with your impulsively bought, expensive UMAs, which give these dragons so much character :D (and if anyone feels inclined... this girl still needs a name!) @ThePlasticTree ohhhh wow wow wow!!! That accent on Hinoki in particular is just STUNNING. It compliments her so well!

@AcceptableTarget oooh yeah, that's beautiful :o it hurts the wallet, but warms the soul to give a dragon the accent that's just desperately calling their name :P

Congratulations on the lovely dragon! She looks fantastic with her new genes and skin. Those are gems well spent! I'm no good with names, but maybe something inspired by owls' scientific names, or mythological figures connected with light and the dawn? And oh my gosh, yes, I've wandered down that road several times before. Just popped a new dragon into my lair and immediately thought, "No, I haven't spent enough money yet. Must get UMA too." @Disillusionist I yearn for the day where I can just pop into the AH and drop as many gems as I please on a whole pile of UMAs for all my kiddos... those are all stunning, and they suit your dragons so well! <3 Love the snapper!

@Seiryuu That's a GORGEOUS imp with a beautiful skin!!! I'm just as guilty of dropping all my gems on UMAs I don't *really* need, but ah... well. I do need them, actually. ;)

@Morigale Ooh, I can see why you got that one for Pontchartrain! I love eyeburner dragons - don't have one myself, but I absolutely love looking at everyone else's :D They're such goofballs!
