I see the 'eyes' as either partially blind on their own- or just growths over actual eyes, so he's largely blind and not entirely sane after years of intense pestilence running through him

Suspicious behaviour includes, but is not limited to: never talking and barely reacting to anyone trying to interact with her, leaving puddles of water everywhere and never getting dry no matter how much you towel her off, and literally vanishing out of the claws of any dragon trying to carry her over the border of the clan grounds.

PulsingStreak looks more hostile as he is actually. Crossing him is ill-advised though, his occupation as a hexer and tendency to hold grudges make for an unpleasant combination once sufficiently provoced.
I thought I'd have trouble finding something eerie in my lair, in the end I had trouble deciding. The actual eldritch being isn't even here, as they do not look the part...
