[/b]Riot is the last surviving head of an Emperor who managed to slink away after being cornered and has since been disguising himself as a normal dragon to recover his strength. He's cruel and mean but pretty restrained atm as he needs to keep his cover in the very clan that ended up taking the rest of his heads.
