[center][size=6][b]Sneep of the Week[/b][/size][/center] [center][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/92077757][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/920778/92077757_350.png[/img][/url][/center] Today we have some manner of little dark lord, a not at all uncommon but very striking combo of obsidian/mulberry/eldritch with earth goat eyes. Though 396 dragons have been on site with these colors, this boy is only the fourth g1. Not an old color wheel bias--eldritch is part of the expanded color wheel--but probably a whole lot of preference plus people breeding for triple obsidian. This is, in all likelihood, the closest I will get to hatching a triple obsidian g1, since he is one off xyx and mulberry is only five off from obsidian. Heck, make the eyes rare and they would match perfectly. What a great lad to start the new year with! Now if I can just concentrate hard enough to log the hatchdate correctly.... ----- @Cinspawn Glad you enjoy the hatches! And thank you, it took me ages to decide how to gene Vipera, but I love her as the sparkly little gremlin she currently is. Orca basic secondary has a similar effect on fae and nocts, so I imagine it's not a bug, just a very dramatic bit of flair. @KingOfThePark Thank you! @cordifolium @BlueLatios Yep, Year 5 was only a few months ago! As ilimati pointed out, Year 6 just started on October 1, very slightly later in the year than Years 1-5 (which are all linked in the first post of this thread). Will there be a Year 7? I mean, probably. I haven't decided yet. I didn't start out on this quest expecting it to last any longer than Baldwin mats in my hoard held out, but it's been too much fun to stop. Whether I'm still having fun, and, to a much lesser extent, whether I have an idea for a badge for the next year, are the main things that factor into a new year of hatches. This is why there's no pinglist; managing, maintaining, and remembering to ping a list would diminish the fun for me, personally. Anyway! A joy to have y'all along for Mr. RNG's Wild Ride!

With boa, avocado/navy/mulberry and common shadow eyes harmonize better than I thought they would initially.
