Depends on how long-term you want to think.
It can be worthwhile to buy noc eggs anywhere from 180-200 now if you're willing to wait until around April or so, when the market is less saturated with noc eggs and they sell for upwards of 250-280.

Oh, absolutely, but you're unlikely to grab them at 180.
I find smaller goals more achievable. Grab the 190s and list for 193-194G right away. A few gems is a few gems.. and if you can do it several times, it adds up.
