The lore that comes with the hatchlings can be built upon, but it is not mandatory to take all lore with you. Dream has ensured they can leave the realm her clan dwells in without any lingering effects. Maybe the Immolation will manifest once they leave their birthplace? Because that is not the magic effect that awoke within them (more on that tomorrow), but you can decide what happens in their story! Will they make their way to Waterdeep? Or venture out and join an entirely different clan? They have received names, but you can rename them of course. I'd also like for you to register them to the family tree!
