Just chiming in - I am not having this issue at all. I am able to convert both full and partial stacks using both buttons, on two different devices. Strange...

Firefox user, been having this issue a few days
Kinda sucks cause I usually dont play much in between events, so now I can't try and squeak out a few bonus gathers during greenskeepers
