he's sort of a half-dead ocean ghost, I think his accent does a good job at portraying some bony/planty/decomposed bits if you'd like to work with some of those! I think it'd be cool if he looked like he'd been sort of washed up / just kinda laying there, but it's entirely up to you. my only major request is that if you do choose to show his eyes (no need to include the shades!), if they could be brown or teal like his crackle instead that would be fantastic :D
aside from that I don't think I have much else to add, and if you think something looks good, absolutely go for it! I'm 10000% down for as much artistic liberty as you want and you don't have to be at all faithful to FR's canon anatomy or anything like that.
