Complicated designs aside, since (I'm assuming) these will be two separate busts, they'll both be at full price and the extra-character thing won't apply (since that only applies to couple pieces) ^^
Otherwise, if all of the above is alright by you then that'll be 1900 gems (1800 for two busts and 100 for design) :>

He's a demon who doesn't really like people in general {demons in this context being just extradimensional beings one summons for a certain job; none are inherently good or evil or anything} but doesn't hate or resent them. He just wants to do his job unhounded but people keep nagging him because of his naturally feathered wings, thinking he's an angel. So he plucks his feathers but they grow back really fast; leading to the patchwork effect in examples. So he can have fully feathered wings (default state) or half-and-half but never fully featherless.
While he does naturally have claws and fangs, he uses illusion magics to enhance their effects, thinking if he intimidates people they might leave him alone.
His natural eye colour is lilac but he uses coloured contacts or magic (depending on the era he's been summoned) to make them red, hopefully scaring people into staying away. ([b]I would like him to have red eyes in this piece please[/b])
*The "king" outfit is from that time he was summoned to be the temporary king of a country between official crowning ceremonies and he had to deal with a Lot of paperwork. It was annoying but also he had a bit of fun actually being in a position of power for once (and maybe it was the crown, but people seemed willing to leave him alone for once) - hence the malicious-looking smile, but I promise his intentions are good
